Harriet

Events and Front of House Manager

Harriet is the Events and Front of House Manager at the Migration Museum. She programmes events surrounding the exhibitions in order to build upon ways audiences can experience the themes explored. Harriet is particularly dedicated to ensuring a visit to the museum is a genuinely welcoming experience, knowing the impact this can have on audiences and their future experience of museums. 

Harriet has a background in Geography and Curating Contemporary Art which inform her interest in the context of museums and galleries dependent on the subject they offer a platform for. She believes that the historical and living story of how migration has shaped all of us is important for everyone and we each have a role in it, as well as lots to learn about it.
