Jane Thompson
Jane Thompson is a tech entrepreneur and an active investor in social enterprises. She co-founded The Fusion Labs – a portfolio of digital businesses utilising shared customer acquisition and monetisation expertise and is an active investor in numerous businesses addressing issues ranging from climate change to homelessness, social isolation and the creation of flexible jobs for professional women. In addition, she serves as a Non-Executive Director of NYSE-listed luxury fashion group, Capri Holdings (Michael Kors, Versace and Jimmy Choo) as well as IVC Evidensia, Europe’s largest veterinary business.
Prior to launching the Fusion Labs, Thompson served as Managing Director, International for NASDAQ listed, IAC (InterActiveCorp). She was responsible for overseeing IAC’s global expansion efforts including the launch of ServiceMagic International, the merger of Match.com Europe and Meetic and Ask.com expansion.
Thompson has held a number of senior roles within IAC-owned businesses including Managing Director of Match.com North America as well as Managing Director of Match.com Asia where she led the growth into China, Taiwan and Korea.
Thompson holds a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Melbourne, is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
