SPEAK, a new music and film installation commissioned by the Migration Museum exploring the relationship between care and migration to mark the 75th anniversary of Britain’s National Health Service (NHS), will make its London premiere at Outernet London on 4 July.

The Migration Museum is launching Heart of the Nation: Migration and the Making of the NHS, a new national touring exhibition to mark the 75th anniversary of the National Health Service (NHS) opening at Leicester Museum & Art Gallery on 30 June 2023.

Join the Migration Museum this summer from 24–28 July for a week-long creative programme. Develop your creative skills in response to the theme: ‘Who is a Migrant?’.
Open to all young people aged 14-18. All abilities and skills welcome.
Throughout the week there will be the chance to take part in a range of creative workshops to build skills in:
- Illustration
- Lino printing
- Creative writing
- Textiles making
You will also build skills in team-work, public speaking, communication and social media as well as learning more about migration and Britain.
Bursaries and expenses are included for all young people selected to take part in this exciting opportunity.
