We are really sad to announce that Sunday 30 March 2025 will be our final day open to the public at our current venue in Lewisham Shopping Centre.

We’ve had a fantastic four years in Lewisham, building lasting friendships – and we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. We are immensely grateful to Landsec for generously enabling us to host our museum in such a brilliant venue in the heart of this incredible community, and to every single person who has visited, contributed and supported the museum over the past four years.

You still have plenty of time to come and visit us before we close our doors – we’re planning some special events and activities during our final few months in the space, which we’ll be announcing soon.

And this isn’t goodbye – we are currently exploring a range of different temporary venue options for the period leading up to us opening at our permanent home in the City of London in 2027 and will share news on this with you as soon as we have it.

Come with us on our journey – and, in the meantime, come and see us during our final months in our current venue.
