Development Manager
Dhakshi is one of the museum’s Development Managers. She’s been a long-time fan of the Migration Museum after stumbling across it at its previous temporary venue in Lambeth on her way to work one day and joined in 2024 to develop and grow our partnerships with trusts and foundations. She brings a breadth of relationship management and fundraising experience with her from international development and humanitarian organisations, to most recently social justice, racial justice and community organising spaces.
She enjoys all things social commentary which probably explains why she loves a bit of everything. Talk to Dhakshi about books, music, TV, podcasts, the arts, sports, food, fashion and she’ll want to unpick the socio-political contexts behind them all.
